Dawlish musician Ellie Finnerty will be playing live at The Railway Inn, Dawlish, on Friday 3 March.

The beach clean is on this Saturday (Dawlish Against Plastic)

Dawlish Against Plastic's next beach clean is on this Saturday from 10am.

All are welcome. All kit is provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Tuesday and Thursday: Dawlish Fairtrade Friends Afternoon Tea and Concert

Strand Community Centre (Nub News/ Will Goddard)

Dawlish Fairtrade Friends are holding two events as part of Fairtrade Fortnight.

The first is afternoon tea on Tuesday 7 March at 3pm at the Strand Centre Dawlish. There will be a speaker from Rwanda. There is no charge, but donations would be welcome.

The second is a concert on Friday 10 March at The Strand Centre, Dawlish with two choirs - The High C's and Dawlish Rockwaves. It starts at 7.30pm (doors open from 7pm). Tickets are £7 each including Fairtrade refreshments and are available from the Strand Centre, Dawlish.

Mondays: Mens' Sheds at The Strand Community Centre

Men's Shed (Strand Community Centre)

A place to pursue practical interests at leisure, to practice skills and enjoy making and mending.

You can also meet other like-minded people and build friendships and share knowledge.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11am-1pm.
