Dawlish Swimming Club was saved in January after more than £20k was raised via Crowdfunder.
February
Extension to Parsons Tunnel planned to protect Dawlish railway line from rock falls
Plans for a rockfall shelter to protect the railway between Dawlish and Holcombe were submitted in February - work has now begun.

Old broken seat to be replaced by bench dedicated to 'Dave'
In March, it was announced that there would be a new replacement bench at the corner of Penfield Gardens and Old Town Street dedicated to a local man known as 'Dave' who passed away in 2019.
