Dawlish Carnival: The Pram Race in pictures, with results

Easily the most hilarious event of Dawlish Carnival, the Pram Race was a resounding success last night (Tuesday 17 August) with crowds thronging the starting grid and 'track' along the Strand and Brunswick Place.

The results

The race was a 'time trial' with contestants starting at different intervals. Prizes were awarded based on speed, but also on the creativity of the pram designs.
