Dawlish Town Council has launched a survey asking residents what kind of events they would like to see in the town in future.

This year, it has organised events such as the Armed Forces parade, a classic car show, and Dawlish Carnival.

A spokesperson said: "Dawlish Town Council has organised and managed a core events programme for a number of years.

"The council also provides support (via its events budget and grant programme) for events run by other organisations ... [and] loans out equipment to community groups for events.

"The town council is inviting suggestions, whilst being mindful of current economic pressures beyond its control, to continue delivering quality events which will be reviewed by its events committee."

To give your views, you can use the online form below or pick up a fill in a copy at the Manor House on Old Town Street.

The closing date for taking part is 30 September.
