Tickets are now on sale for Dawlish band Maddy and the Chaps' Christmas benefit gig.

The show will take place on 17 December from 7pm-10pm, and tickets cost £5 each.

Funds raised will go towards the Strand Community Centre in the town, for which last year's event reportedly collected over £1,500.

A spokesperson said: "Ticket sales are finally underway for our Christmas benefit show... with all money going straight to the Strand Centre who support some of the most vulnerable in our town.

"We sold out in a few weeks last year so don't leave it too late!"
