Road closures for Dawlish, Teignmouth coronation street parties announced

Devon County Council has announced which roads in the county will be closed for street parties for the coronation of King Charles III.

His Majesty will be crowned on Saturday 6 May, and there will be a bank holiday on Monday 8 May.

In Dawlish and Teignmouth, the streets which will be closed for coronation parties are as follows:

Saturday 6 May

  • Park Road (Dawlish);
  • Upper Den (Teignmouth).

Sunday 7 May

  • Bank Street (Teignmouth);
  • Yannon Drive (Teignmouth);
  • First Avenue (Teignmouth);
  • Marine Parade, The Strand (Shaldon).

Monday 8 May

  • The Strand (Dawlish);
  • Hazel Close (Teignmouth);
  • Laurel Lane (Shaldon).
