Woman found dead at Dawlish property

A woman in her 40s was found dead at a Dawlish property on Sunday (4 June).
The ambulance service called police just before 3pm to the scene on Linden Road following reports of concern for her welfare.
Her next of kin have been informed and the death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: "Police were called by the ambulance service shortly before 3pm on Sunday (4 June) following reports of concern for the welfare of a woman in a property on Linden Road, Dawlish.
"A woman in her 40s was confirmed deceased at the scene. Her next of kin have been informed.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and a file will be prepared for the coroner."
