Saturday 7 May: Dune: Part One film screening, Shaftesbury Theatre

Dawlish venue Shaftesbury Theatre on Brunswick Place is showing a film this Saturday.

Dune: Part One (2021) is an American sci-fi epic directed by Denis Villeneuve. The first of a two-part adaptation of the 1965 novel by author Frank Herbert, it follows the young Paul Atreides and the fight for the desert planet Arrakis for control of the fuel, and drug, 'spice'.

Tickets cost £7.50 per person.

Saturday 7 May: Dawlish Beach Clean

Dawlish Against Plastic flyer

Dawlish Against Plastic's monthly beach clean will take place this Saturday.

Meeting at Boat Cove, it will last from 3.30pm to 5pm.

The group will provide all equipment necessary - make sure to email them to let them know you're coming.
