A Dawlish taxi company is celebrating its fifth anniversary.

Founded in September 2018 by Peter Roxburgh, Teign Taxis began with just one vehicle but has since expanded to three.

Alongside a normal taxi service, it specialises in airport and hospital transfers, as well as covering contract work for Devon County Council in the form of patient transport and school transport.

Peter Roxburgh said: "The taxi market in Dawlish has changed substantially since Covid and as a company we have moved quickly to adapt to those changes.

"It is a pleasure and an honour to have served the local Dawlish community for the last five years and we intend to continue doing so for many more years to come."

To celebrate its fifth anniversary, Teign Taxis is offering everyone the chance to win a Ninja air fryer worth £149.

"It's our way of celebrating and giving back, without our customers' support we would not have been able to achieve the things we have so far and we're very grateful for all of the support our customers give us", Peter added.

You can contact Teign Taxis on 01626 391000, or via the contact form on its website.
