Running club Dawlish Coasters is inviting the public to take part in races dubbed 'Oh My Obelisk! 2023'.

There is a choice of two multi-terrain events: a half-marathon or a nine-mile route.

Both routes go from Dawlish Leisure Centre up to Mamhead forest to the obelisk and back.

Prizes are available for the first, second, and third male and female finishers of both distances.

Prices for the half marathon are £20 (£18 affiliated), and £15 (£13 affiliated) for the nine-mile route.

Dawlish Coasters organises the event every year to help raise funds for its chosen charities. This year it is supporting Devon Air Ambulance and the Dawlish Junior Rangers Conservation Group.
