Notice: Dawlish's The Old Mill Tea Room under new ownership

Your correspondent is aware that The Old Mill Tea Room on Brunswick Place is under new ownership and is open as of 10am today (Monday 25 July).
The new owner, Kelly Hammett, said that she is "very much looking forward to working in Dawlish".
Readers can expect a follow-up interview in the near future.
