Rock 'n' Sole Fish Bar, a "long-established" fish and chip shop on Strand Hill in Dawlish, is for sale for £15k.

It is currently being marketed by estate agency Everett Masson & Furby as a leasehold.

Its premises are described as "deceptive" as they extend a considerable way to the rear.

The shop has a customer reception area, frying area, prep room/kitchen, a potato bay and a cloakroom. It also has a self-contained two-bed flat which could be used by the owners or let out.

The business has reportedly been in existence for over 100 years, 30 of which have been under the current ownership.
