How you can pay your respects to Queen Elizabeth in Dawlish and Teignmouth

Members of the public wishing to pay their respects to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II in Dawlish and Teignmouth can now do so by laying flowers and signing books of condolence.

Tributes have also been made by leading figures in the town following the announcement that the Queen had passed away peacefully at Balmoral yesterday afternoon.

How can I pay my respects?

Flowers may be left beneath the Monterey pine tree on the grassed area on the turning circle at The Manor House in Dawlish and at the gun deck at Bitton House in Teignmouth.

Books of condolence for people to sign can be found in The Manor House in Dawlish (9am to 5pm) and at the Mayor's Parlour at Bitton House in Teignmouth.
