Dawlish's Roots Community Enhancement has launched a raffle to raise funds for its activities.

A community interest company, it offers regular free sessions for mothers and children, bereavement support and more.

Up for grabs in the raffle is a holiday, worth around £1,400, for up to seven people in a large cottage in Staffordshire complete with four days out to local attractions.

Tickets cost £5 each and all the money raised will go to Roots Community Enhancement.

A spokesperson said: "We are so excited to announce that our raffle is officially open!

"For only £5 per ticket you could win a family holiday for up to seven people, including four days out, worth around a whopping £1,400!

"And all proceeds go to Roots so we can continue to run our valuable support groups and keep helping our wonderful community."
