Local conservation groups in Dawlish will recognise a national awareness week next month with a series of events and activities.

The 'Great Big Green Week' will take place from 18-26 September. Dawlish Against Plastic will have an information stall on the Lawn on 18 September, and will hold a town litter pick and an extra beach clean on 25 September.

If you'd like to get involved in the town litter pick, please email Rosie [email protected] and meet at the Manor House at 10am.

If you're keen to join the beach clean, email [email protected] in advance for a 3pm start at Boat Cove.
