Dawlish Town Council civic awards nominations window now open

The window for nominations is now open for Dawlish Town Council's civic awards for 2022.

The awards are designed to recognise services to the parish and people of Dawlish, with one personal award to be given to an individual and another group award to an organisation.

The deadline for nominations is Tuesday 1 March.

A spokesperson said: "You must be able to demonstrate that the person or group nominated have fulfilled at least one of the following:

"* Made a material contribution to the advancement, wellbeing and welfare of the people of Dawlish.

"* Supported charitable work carried out in the Parish.

"* Assisted the work of the Town Council in a voluntary capacity.

"* Demonstrated outstanding citizenship." The awards will be presented during the annual town council meeting in May. You can fill in the form online or else download and email a copy to [email protected].
