The police enquiry office in Newton Abbot will be reopened by December this year, according to Devon and Cornwall Police and Crime Commissioner Alison Hernandez.
Offices in Tiverton, Penzance, and Falmouth will also reopen, and be staffed by police enquiry officers from Monday to Saturday 10am to 3pm.
PCC Alison Hernandez said: "Police stations offer a place of refuge for victims and a point of contact between the police and the public they serve. They are hugely reassuring for many people, enabling crimes to be reported, victims to be protected and information to flow freely between the force and the public it serves."
Chief Inspector John Shuttleworth said: "Having had to remove front offices in the past due to spending cuts, this initiative is even more welcome as we know our communities need a wide range of options to be able to contact the police and the traditional front office is still an incredibly effective way to connect to people across the geography."
If you're interested in manning the desk at one of the new police enquiry offices, the roles will be advertised soon here.
