A pantomime of Jack and the Beanstalk is set to open this weekend at the Shaftesbury Theatre in Dawlish.
Written and directed by Chris Matanlé, it is described as a 'fun-filled family adventure'.
A spokesperson for the Shaftesbury Theatre said: "Join dotty Dame Trott and her family as they are tricked into selling their beloved cow Daisy for a useless bag of beans. Laugh at silly Billy Trott and cheer-on our hero Jack as he tries to rescue the Princess from the nasty Giant's castle in the sky.
"This will be a whole bag full of Fee-Fi-Fo-Fun as pantomime returns to Dawlish in January 2022!"
When is it, and how can I get tickets?
The first two performances will be at 2.30pm and 7.30pm on Saturday 8 January.
Weekday performances will be at 7.30pm, running from Tuesday 11 to Friday 14 January.
