A section of the A380 southbound is currently partially blocked due to a crash and debris on the road.

Traffic is reportedly slow and the road is partially blocked between the B3192 turn-off to Teignmouth and Ideford.

The incident was first reported at 1.35pm today (Thursday 12 May), according to the AA.

The AA traffic alert reads: "Partially blocked and slow traffic due to debris on road and crash on A380 southbound between B3192 (Ashcombe / Teignmouth turn off) and Wapperwell (Ideford)."

No further details regarding the crash are yet known. Devon and Cornwall Police has been contacted for a statement.
