A pantomime of Jack and the Beanstalk opened at the weekend at the Shaftesbury Theatre in Dawlish.

Perfomances are now available from Tuesday until Saturday this week.

Written and directed by Chris Matanlé, it is described as a 'fun-filled family adventure'.

He said: "We always need some fun and laughter at this time of the year - but this year even more so than usual.

"Come along and join us for all the traditional fun of pantomime this week as we go on a real adventure with Jack Trott and his family! Great songs, comedy and dancing for all the family to enjoy."

When is it, and how can I get tickets?

Weekday performances are at 7.30pm, running from Tuesday 11 to Friday 14 January.

Saturday 15 January will have a matinée at 2.30pm and a final evening performance at 7.30pm.

You can get tickets from the Box Office or online. The Box Office will be open until 15 January from 10am-12pm.
