We are looking for an HR Manager who is minimum Level 3 CIPD qualified and has direct experience in managing recruitment processes, implementing employee development programs, and handling employee relations issues effectively.
Your main responsibilities:
- Manage core HR areas: employee relations, recruitment, learning & development
- Ensure compliance with employment law
- Enhance employee engagement and improve HR systems

This role requires working three days a week, with travel to various branches, so having your own transportation is necessary.
