We are actively recruiting for an English teacher to support the school in meeting their high expectations and to provide top quality education for it s students. They re seeking an individual who has a good level of experience with English as a specialism and who can plan and teach well-structured and engaging lessons.

They are looking for an English Teacher who has an in depth knowledge of the curriculum and excellent classroom management. They re looking to hire for a full-time position with the possibility of a permanent role. The successful English Teacher will be working across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4. You will be nurturing the inquisitive minds of your pupils, providing them with the positive foundations in communication skills, written and verbal. You should be skilled in building relationships with students, parents and like-minded colleges as an integral part of your role.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

• QTS (ECT's Welcome to apply) 6 months+ experience
• Be confident in their ability to manage a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Be able to manage behaviour in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged
• Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily
