Dog control measures could be tightened up in Dawlish, following the attack on a cygnet a week ago.

A dog that was not on a short lead attacked the cygnet on Saturday, April 17, leaving it with puncture wounds.

This week councillors discussed a proposal from Gamma Energy, a partner agency of Devon County Council, who would provide the charging points.

The finding comes in a survey of more than 2,000 consumers for #wecreateexperiences, a campaign being launched today (March 30) by One Industry One Voice, a group representing the UK's events industry.
