Tickets cost £8 each (Dawlish Town Council)

The next mayoral fundraising event is on this Sunday in aid of Devon Air Ambulance, Dawlish Museum and Dawlish Library.

It will feature the popular Teignmouth shanty crew The Back Beach Boyz.

Thursday: Ukraine Independence Day in Dawlish

The flag of Ukraine will be raised at 1pm (Dawlish Town Council)

Ukraine's Independence Day will be marked again in Dawlish this year.

The country's blue and yellow flag will be raised at 1pm on 24 August at the piazza at the bottom of the Lawn.

A new outdoor game for families described as 'paintball without the pain' is available to play every weekend in Dawlish Warren.

Public walk-in games start every hour and players of all ages (8+) are invited to join the fun.
