A mobile Michelin-star chef who regularly stops off in Exmouth, Sidmouth, and Exminster in his custom-built van has launched a new range of sauces.

Ed McLachlan, 35, who has worked in Michelin-star restaurants and on superyachts, recently launched his food-truck business Yamza after selling food from his home garage in Sidford during the pandemic in 2020.

The sauces are somewhat shrouded in mystery, labelled only as 'The Green One', 'The Orange One', and 'The Red One'.

Ed said: "We're delighted to announce that we're launching our Yamza hot sauces in store and online over the next few weeks.

"But we want you lovely lot to get your hands on them first, so you can buy bottles directly from the food truck... at a discounted price of £3.80 when ordering a meal.

"Chef Ed's poured his passion for incredible original flavours into every bottle (plus a few fermented chillies) so swing by the truck, ask us about their perfect food pairings, and bring a bottle of eastern fusion cuisine back to your kitchen cupboards."

Ed's food truck currently operates from 5pm to 8pm three days a week. You can find Yamza at Kennaway House in Sidmouth on Thursdays, Moore's Pasties on the Dinan Way Trading Estate in Exmouth on Fridays, and the Texaco garage near Exminster on Saturdays.
