Registered Manager – Adult Care Service - Teignmouth

"Are you a Registered Manager?

Do you want to work for a leading social care brand?

Due to a restructure within their large network of services, our client is looking for a registered manager for a beautiful property based in Teignmouth which boasts a 'Good' CQC rating. The house specialises in the care of adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

This is an exciting time to work for this social care provider as they have huge growth plans for the next few years, it's a great time to join and be a of part building this sector.

As Registered Manager you will be responsible for the operational day-to-day management of the service, ensuring continued compliance with relevant legislation.

You will work in partnership with colleagues within the senior management team, you will ensure the provision of a high quality service and you will enable individual needs and organisational priorities to be met in accordance with company resources."

Permanent full-time contract.

Salary: £36,000 to £38,000 per annum.
