The Dawlish Carnival Pram Race returned to the town for its 50th anniversary this evening (Tuesday 15 August).
A time trial with contestants starting at different intervals, the race saw teams run around the town with a variety of modified prams.
Prizes were awarded based on speed and the design of the prams.
Dawlish Carnival continues until Friday 18 August with a picnic in the marquee on Saturday evening.
