It was a bit of a mixed bag this week - but this weekend is looking up!

Saturday

Saturday morning will be very wet with rain until 11am, but this should turn into a bright afternoon and evening of 18-20 degrees Celsius with sunny intervals.

Wind speeds will be moderate to high with gusts of up to 20mph.

Sunday

Sunday will see similar temperatures, but with more sunny intervals and clouds clearing completely by late afternoon.

Wind speeds will be slightly higher with gusts of 24mph.

No rain is forecast.

Next week

Looking ahead, Monday through to Thursday will be much brighter with more sunny days and temperatures of up to 22 degrees Celsius.

Wind speeds may go down to 15mph gusts on Monday, but will rise again on Tuesday.

Looking ahead

It's looking as if we'll see higher pressures in the coming weeks - meaning more blue skies and less rain.

Temperatures are not expected to rise much, however.
