A by-election is set to be held next year to fill a vacancy on Dawlish Town Council.

It comes after the death of Councillor Terry Lowther in September.

The election for the Dawlish South West ward will be held on Thursday 20 January 2022.

How to stand for election

If you want to stand in this election, you'll need to submit a completed nomination pack to the returning officer (some parts must be submitted by hand) between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday in the window of 13-20 December.

You'll need to request a nomination pack by emailing [email protected] or calling 01616 215104 stating your name and the email or postal address you'd like it sent to. Alternatively, you can download it.
