The Marine Tavern, a pub in Dawlish, is currently for sale for £430k.

The establishment on Marine Parade is described by estate agency Bettesworth's as "a substantial three-storey freehold property", with "wide reaching" sea views from the first and second floors.

It also said that the pub is "well known and very popular", trading all year and becomes particularly busy in summer alongside the rest of the town.

The Marine Tavern has a bar and four guest rooms. The largest sleeps four people, the next three, and the remaining two are doubles.

Each has an ensuite bathroom, except for one of the double rooms which has a separate private bathroom. Current prices range from £50-£75 including breakfast, according to its website.
