The Dawlish branch of the Fulfords estate agency has won three awards from a customer review platform.

It received bronze awards for the categories of 'Best Letting Agent for Landlords', 'Best Letting Agent for Tenants', and won the 'Best Letting Agent in County for Tenants' category at the ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2021 in London, hosted by TV presenter Phil Spencer.

The awards were given based on ratings from clients who 'have been through the whole moving experience' with an agent.

Branch Manager of the Fulfords Dawlish branch Claire Hannaford said: "We are absolutely thrilled to be recognised in this year's ESTAS. It means so much to us as we know it's our customers who have judged our performance. We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and this proves we are delivering what we promise."
