On Saturday 10 September, 63 veterans attended the Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club at the Smuggler's Inn, Dawlish.

A table was set with marmalade sandwiches and tea alongside a picture of the Queen and Paddington.

A minute of silence was held to honour the Queen and there was a rousing cheer for King Charles III.

Anyone with a military connection is sure of a warm welcome.

The club's next breakfast will take place at 9am on Saturday 8 October at the Smugglers Inn on Teignmouth Road, Dawlish.
