Site Agent / Sub Agent required to join leading civil engineering contractor on civil engineering Based in the Dawlish area. The Site Agent would come from a civil engineering background with previous experience in highways, roads, groundworks, RC works, demolition, pilling, earthworks, deep drainage, externals and heavy civils. The Site Agent would preferably have relevant construction degree HNC or HND with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid. The Site Agent will be managing sub agents, engineers and foreman, ensure delivery of project on time and budget, develop relationships with clients, consultants and site personnel, ensure health and safety is enforced and all works are completed safely. The client are looking for Site Agent / Sub Agent to be happy to lodge away as they work UK wide they will provide lodge when needed on projects

Estimator required to join leading civil engineering contractor based in the Dawlish area. The Estimator would ideally come from a civil engineering background. Estimators with project experience covering projects roads, drainage, concrete works, piling, marine projects, beach recycling, beach nourishment, timber groyne works, rock groyne / revetment works, sea wall works and coastal protection projects would be an advantage for the role. Estimator duties will include but not limited to Monitoring of relevant portals for tender opportunities. Download of Invitations to Tender into tender folders. Preparation of tenders. Attend tender site visits as required. Production of preliminary tender method statements, safety plans and programmes when required. Sending out sub-contractor tender enquiries when required. Liaising with Buyers/Plant Dept/Accounts for materials/plant/labour costs. Attend tender adjudications with Commercial Team. Submission of tenders to clients and/or portals. Preparation of PQQs' when required. Updating client Framework information when requested. Attend internal handover meetings to handover successful tenders from Estimator to Site Team.
